Equine Guided and Somatic Reprogramming Experience

No prior horse experience necessary.

We will be spending the day outside in nature amongst the horses. The day will consist of grounding, meditation, horse observation, energetic and somatic practices, poetry, and the unraveling of the present moment. We will be interacting with the horses throughout the day over the fence while working within our respective energetic fields.
Horses are great mirrors of our emotions. Their energetic awareness goes out to the horizon so they will consistently be in the space with us. This offers a very powerful yet gentle experience.
